Smartmys 7-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving the product under these conditions:
- Incorrect Item Received: The item delivered differs from the order.
- Damage: The item arrives damaged.
- Defect: The item does not function as per manufacturer specifications.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit the Smartmys website and retrieve proof of purchase.
- Email dicksonwongchiyanggg@gmail.com with your Return Authorization (RA) request, including the serial number, order number, or invoice.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The product must be unopened, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- The returned product’s serial number must match the one sold.
- The product must be in good physical condition.
- For multiple-item purchases, all items must be returned together.
Resolution Process
Upon approval:
- You may opt for a replacement or a refund (original purchase price + applicable taxes).
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days.
- Delivery costs for replacements are borne by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery for Online Orders
- Charges are based on package weight and dimensions. Orders are delivered within 5 working days via GDExpress.
Same-Day Shipping
- Available from 11 AM to 6 PM. Customers may use GDExpress or their own courier for immediate deliveries. Prior arrangement is required.
Self-Collection
- Free self-collection is available at our outlets. Contact us in advance for stock confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Conditions:
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging and returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- All promotional items included in the purchase must be returned.
- Returns with signs of tampering, missing parts, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

Accepted Returns: Credit notes will be issued for the product value, including any discounts.
Rejected Returns: Products will be returned to customers in Malaysia free of charge.
Order & Product Issues
For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. Products are covered under brand warranties for manufacturing defects.
Refund Policy
